Michael Brown has set a challenge to run 1000km to raise money for the Fuel For School project. He has just passed his 500km mark and is well on his way to raising his target total donations of £1,000.
“Inspired by the efforts of The Real Junk Food Project, Fuel for School & community partners of Calbee UK, for their efforts to both reduce disposal of surplus food and to divert it to those who need it most, I have decided to run 1000km in 2018 to raise £1000 towards their cause. This is a combination of 6am runs before work plus organised event such as the Chester Half Marathon, the Great North Run and the Liverpool Spring 10k amongst others.”
